HAPPY NEW YEAR! I haven't posted in a while I was sick all through the New Year. I decided to take a week off from P90X as I'm still having a hard time breathing. It was a hard decision for me to make since I am so focused and dedicated to the workouts. I would rather give it 100% than anything less than.

I am happy to say I have encouraged others to purchase P90X and the Clean Eating book by Tosca Reno. There's nothing like giving the gift of health to your friends with your encouragement! We all need to encourage each other in this world, making it a better world to live in!

I'm off to the races, I teach 3 classes today so it's time to put my motivation for others to use!!
