Well it is almost that time to start thinking about New Year's resolutions. I think alot of people put pressure on themselves to achieve those goals. How about we start by "tweaking" what we want to change. That sounds more doable. Make your goals more flexible and achievable.
To start off instead of saying you will go to the gym EVERYDAY how about starting a couple of times a week to get acclimated. There will be no burnout, therefore, no dropping out. I see it all the time in the gym. By February most faces that I see in January are gone!
When it comes to your diet, start by omitting a few things here and there so you don't have diet deprivation. Remember, everything in moderation.
Make it a goal to be healthier in 2010!
"Many people look forward to the new year for a new start on old habits".
